LY Corporation cancels 213.3m treasury shares

LY Corporation (TSE: 4689) announced today the completion of the cancellation of 213,264,491 treasury shares, effective July 1, 2025. This cancellation, executed in accordance with Article 178 of the Companies Act of Japan, was resolved at a Board of Directors meeting held on May 7, 2025. The cancelled shares represent approximately 2.98% of the total number of shares issued prior to the cancellation, as of May 31, 2025. Following this cancellation, the total number of issued shares now stands at 6,942,963,831.
