Asahi Intecc acquires 1,089,700 treasury shares in June

Asahi Intecc Co., Ltd. (TSE:7747) announced the status of its treasury share acquisition program, revealing that it acquired 1,089,700 of its own shares during the period from June 2, 2025, to June 23, 2025. The total cost of these acquisitions amounted to JPY2,505,281,599. This buyback is part of a larger plan, initially announced on May 15, 2025, which authorized the company to acquire up to 8,800,000 shares for a maximum total cost of JPY15,000,000,000 by October 31, 2025. As of June 30, 2025, Asahi Intecc has acquired a total of 1,956,700 treasury shares at a total cost of JPY4,446,155,141 since the initial announcement of the buyback program.
