Persol Holdings to receive JPY 39.07bn dividend

Persol Holdings announced today that it will receive a JPY 39.07 billion dividend from four of its consolidated subsidiaries. The decision was made on June 27, 2025 and the dividends are expected to be received on June 30 and July 10, 2025. This dividend income will be recorded as revenue on Persol Holdings’ individual financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 2026. Persol Holdings clarifies that, because the dividend is from consolidated subsidiaries, there will be no impact on the consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2026.
