Nankai Plywood announces new executive structure, stock incentive plan

Nankai Plywood (TSE:7887) announced significant changes to its executive structure, effective June 26, 2025. The company appointed its new executive team, including key roles such as the promotion of department heads. Alongside the executive changes, Nankai Plywood is implementing a restricted stock compensation plan for directors (excluding external directors) and executive officers.
