SBI Shinsei Bank completes tender offer for NEC Capital

NEC Capital Solutions Limited [TSE:8793] has announced the successful completion of the tender offer for its shares by SBI Shinsei Bank, Limited. The tender offer, which commenced on May 27, 2025, concluded on June 23, 2025, resulting in SBI Shinsei Bank acquiring 2,195,300 shares of NEC Capital. As a result of this transaction, Sumitomo Mitsui Finance and Leasing Company, Limited, which tendered all 2,514,834 of its shares, will no longer be a major shareholder of NEC Capital Solutions, effective June 30, 2025.
