Nihon Chouzai corrects financial results for fiscal year ended March 2025

This announcement follows prior corrections made on May 21, 2025, to the initial summary released on April 30, 2025. The revisions are attributed to errors discovered during the preparation of the Annual Securities Report. The corrections pertain to figures on page 17 of the attachments, specifically within the "3. Consolidated Financial Statements and Notes" section, focusing on "3. Information related to net sales, profit or loss, assets, liabilities, and other items for each reportable segment." The corrected segments involve dispensing pharmacy business, pharmaceutical manufacturing and sales, and medical professional staffing and placement. For example, external sales within net sales remain unchanged at JPY360,512 million, while adjustments to segment assets remain at JPY2,793 million. Segment profit remains consistent with operating profit on the consolidated income statement.
