Tokyo Seimitsu announces leadership changes to strengthen governance

Tokyo Seimitsu announced a leadership transition today, ratified at a board meeting on June 23rd, designed to strengthen governance and enhance corporate value. Hitoshi Yoshida, previously Chairman, Representative Director, and CEO, has been appointed Chairman and Representative Director. Ryuichi Kimura, formerly President and COO, now assumes the role of President and CEO. The changes aim to intensify efforts to address mid-to-long term management issues and accelerate business execution. Kimito Koizumi, Managing Executive Officer and CFO, will handle inquiries regarding the transition.
