Remixpoint acquires additional Bitcoin worth ¥200m

Remixpoint (TSE:3825) announced the acquisition of BTC ¥200,000,000 worth of Bitcoin on June 13, 2025. The purchase was funded in part by proceeds from exercised rights on June 12, 2025. This acquisition increases Remixpoint's cryptocurrency holdings, which include Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Ripple, and Dogecoin. As of June 15, 2025, Remixpoint's total cryptoasset holdings have a book value of JPY 15,349,576,868 and a market value of JPY 17,112,603,487, resulting in a valuation gain of JPY 1,763,026,619. The company intends to mark its cryptoasset holdings to market quarterly, with gains and losses recorded in its statements of income. Remixpoint stated that the increase in valuation from the prior financial statement will be reflected in profit and loss for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
