Kanto Denka Kogyo corrects financial results for fiscal year 2025

Kanto Denka Kogyo (TSE:4047) announced revisions to its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, initially released on May 15, 2025. The corrections pertain to the "3. Consolidated financial statements and notes (5) Notes to the consolidated financial statements (Segment information, etc.)" section of the report. Specifically, errors were found in the segment information, affecting the reported segment assets. As a result of the correction, segment assets for Fundamental Chemicals rose from JPY7,682 million to JPY10,251 million, and segment assets for Fine Chemicals decreased from JPY111,184 million to JPY108,153 million, while the Ferrochemicals segments increased from JPY4,571 million to JPY5,032 million. The total segment assets as well as the total consolidated financial statements are unchanged.
