Mitsubishi Logisnext to merge domestic sales subsidiaries

Mitsubishi Logisnext announced that it has resolved to sign a merger agreement with eight of its domestic sales subsidiaries, excluding Mitsubishi Logisnext Hokkaido, effective October 1, 2025. The surviving company will be Logisnext Kinki, which will then be renamed Logisnext Japan. The decision was made at a board meeting today, June 19, 2025, and the merger agreement is scheduled to be signed on June 23, 2025. This move is part of Mitsubishi Logisnext's domestic business restructuring. The merger does not impact the company’s investment in related firms such as Yufuji Auto (100% ownership) and Okinawa Nichiyu (18% ownership).
