Kyowa Corp revises FY2025/3 earnings report after audit

Kyowa Corporation announced revisions to its consolidated financial results summary for the fiscal year ending March 2025, initially released on May 13, 2025. The correction stems from adjustments identified during the audit process. Key changes include a slight adjustment to the "Other Comprehensive Income" figure within the Consolidated Statement of Comprehensive Income, which is corrected to JPY 80,165 thousand (previously JPY 80,288 thousand). Correspondingly, Comprehensive Income is revised to JPY 997,395 thousand, down slightly from the prior figure of JPY 997,518 thousand. There was also a change to the "Segment Assets" to JPY 10,653,287 and an adjustment to the segment asset adjustment to JPY 4,743,974. The company states that this correction does not affect the overall operating profit.
