** YAGEO Corporation, through its subsidiary YAGEO Electronics Japan LLC, is extending its tender offer for Shibaura Electronics (TSE:6957) until July 1, 2025. This extension follows Shibaura Electronics' submission of its annual securities report to the Kanto Local Finance Bureau on June 17, 2025. Subsequently, YAGEO has filed an amendment to its Tender Offer Registration Statement, prompting the extension to allow a full ten business days from the amendment's filing date, thus adjusting the offer period to 38 business days.
