Nihon Parkerizing corrects consolidated financial results for fiscal year 2024

Nihon Parkerizing Co., Ltd. today announced corrections to its previously released consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, under Japan GAAP. The company identified errors in the consolidated statements of cash flows and related sections. Key revisions include cash flows from operating activities for FY2024, which have been adjusted from JPY 23,229 million to JPY 22,776 million. There were no changes to the cash flow figures for FY2023. Cash and cash equivalents at year-end remained unchanged for both FY2024 (JPY 69,661 million) and FY2023 (JPY 58,098 million). The company stated that the necessary corrections have been made.
