Keihan Holdings to cancel 6,366,300 shares

Keihan Holdings Co., Ltd. has announced that it will cancel 6,366,300 of its own shares, representing 5.62% of the total number of outstanding shares before the cancellation. The decision was made pursuant to Article 178 of the Corporation Law of Japan at a Board of Directors' meeting held today, June 18, 2025. The cancellation is scheduled for June 30, 2025. Following the cancellation, the total number of Keihan Holdings' outstanding shares will be 106,816,403.
