Sys Holdings consolidates subsidiaries, streamlines operations

Firstly, Sys Holdings will merge its subsidiaries, Es-wai System and Sea-Eye System, with Es-wai System as the surviving entity, effective August 1, 2025. Further, Cybernex and Net Park 21 will merge, with Cybernex surviving but changing its name to KEEL Corporation.
