Remixpoint acquires additional Bitcoin, valuing total holdings

Remixpoint (TSE:3825) announced the acquisition of additional Bitcoin on June 4, 2025, for a total investment of ¥0.5 billion. This follows an earlier announcement on May 26, 2025, where the Board of Directors resolved to acquire an additional ¥1.0 billion worth of Bitcoin. The company's total Bitcoin holdings are now 713.53447825 BTC, with a book value of ¥9,189,106,437 and a market value of ¥10,757,269,340 as of June 4, 2025, resulting in a valuation gain of ¥1,568,162,903. Remixpoint also holds Ethereum, Solana, Ripple, and Dogecoin, bringing its total cryptoasset holdings to ¥10,143,126,868 in book value and ¥11,871,159,261 in market value. The company intends to mark-to-market its cryptoasset holdings quarterly, with gains and losses reflected in its income statements. The ¥1,728,032,393 gain will be fully reflected in the profit and loss for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
