Nadex issued a statement today, June 17, 2025, clarifying that it has identified certain items requiring correction in the previously released "Financial Results Summary for the Fiscal Year Ending April 2025 (Japanese GAAP) (Consolidated)." The company has also revised some numerical data. The correction pertains to the consolidated statement of changes in equity, specifically the other capital surplus line item in the current fiscal year results. The impact of this correction on profit or loss is nil. Revised figures include a change in other comprehensive income to JPY -251,987,000 (previously JPY -250,871,000) and other capital surplus down to JPY -71,367,000 (previously JPY -70,251,000). The revised net assets stand at JPY 18,936,805,000.
