NTT DOCOMO to launch tender offer for CARTA HOLDINGS

Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (TSE:9432) announced that its subsidiary, NTT DOCOMO, plans to commence a tender offer for CARTA HOLDINGS (TSE:3688) in late August 2025, with the intention to fully acquire the company and subsequently delist it. As part of this move, NTT DOCOMO will also execute a business and capital alliance agreement with CARTA HOLDINGS and its parent company, Dentsu Group Inc. NTT DOCOMO intends to set the Tender Offer Price at JPY 2,100 per Common Share and JPY 40,800 per Stock Option.
