Azoom finalizes pricing for new share issuance and stock sales

Azoom has announced the final pricing details for its upcoming issuance of new shares and disposal of treasury stock via public offering. The offering price for the new shares and treasury stock has been set at JPY8,467 per share, resulting in total issue and disposal prices of JPY438,590,600 and JPY1,000,799,400, respectively. The payment amount per share is JPY7,981.90. Subscription periods are scheduled for June 17-18, 2025, with payment due on June 23, 2025. Additionally, the offering price for the sale of shares through underwriting was determined to be JPY8,467 per share, totaling JPY3,640,810,000. An additional offering of 90,000 shares via over-allotment will be available at JPY8,467 per share for JPY762,030,000. Net proceeds of JPY1.347 billion are earmarked for system development (JPY1.27 billion) and engineer recruitment. The pricing was determined on June 16, 2025, with a 4.00% discount rate.
