Tanseisha revises earnings forecasts, boosts dividends amid strong performance

TANSEISHA Co., Ltd. (TSE:9743) announced revisions to its consolidated earnings forecasts for the six months ending July 31, 2025, and the full fiscal year ending January 31, 2026, as well as revisions to the dividend forecasts. The revisions, driven by strong recent performance, reflect expectations of exceeding previous forecasts, particularly in commercial and facility markets. Net sales are progressing as planned. Due to improved profitability resulting from Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai related projects completing without construction period and rising cost risks materializing, profits are expected to exceed the previous forecast.
