Riso Kyoiku expands business alliances, rewards directors with stock

The partnership, approved on June 12, 2025, will see PlusOne Kyoiku leveraging UNI SOUND's instrument purchase and sales services, diversifying beyond traditional classroom operations. UNI SOUND, operating under the philosophy "Sound is the best language to express oneself," specializes in the reuse of audio equipment and musical instruments. Riso Kyoiku will act as an intermediary, introducing UNI SOUND's services to its members and employees to promote "sustainable consumption" and "reduction of environmental impact."
