Iwaki Co., Ltd. has announced its "NEXT10" vision, a long-term strategy outlining the company's goals for the next decade, alongside its Medium-term Management Plan 2027. The company aims to achieve consolidated sales of ¥100 billion by FY3/35, alongside a consistent operating margin of 15%. A key component of this strategy involves increasing the number of Iwaki fans worldwide and contributing to a sustainable society. The firm's plan involves three stages for priority themes: HOP, STEP and JUMP.
