Fukushima Galilei announces director change and dividend policy shift

Fukushima Galilei (TSE:6420) has announced several key changes following a board meeting on May 7, 2025. Kinuko Hayashi has been nominated as Director / Audit and Supervisory Committee Member, pending approval at the upcoming 74th Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 26, 2025. Hayashi, born April 1, 1968, brings experience from KPMG and Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC, and currently advises HOIST Corp. Her nomination follows the resignation of Eriko Nashioka, effective the same date, due to personal reasons.
