Fujitsu General to transfer power module business to India

Fujitsu General Limited (TSE:6755) announced its decision to transfer its power modules business, currently under its consolidated subsidiary Fujitsu General Electronics Limited (FGEL), to L&T Semiconductor Technologies Limited (LTSCT), an Indian company specializing in semiconductor development, manufacture, and sales. Additionally, FGEL will transfer the production facilities related to the power module business to Kaynes Semicon Private Limited, one of LTSCT’s manufacturing contractors. The transfer is part of Fujitsu General's portfolio transformation within its Electronic Device Business aimed at strengthening the company group's business foundations.
