Caica Digital revises past financials due to crypto valuation issues

CAICA DIGITAL announced revisions to its past financial statements after identifying the need to restate the valuation of certain cryptocurrency holdings. The decision follows a similar restatement by KUSIM (TSE:2345) and discussions with UHY Tokyo Audit Corporation, leading CAICA to conclude that a write-down of cryptocurrency assets should have been recognized earlier, at the end of the fiscal year ending October 2023.
