Japan Airlines opposes AGP Corporation shareholder proposal

Japan Airlines (TSE:9201) has reaffirmed its opposition to the shareholder proposal submitted to AGP Corporation (Securities Code: 9377), as outlined in a notice dated June 6, 2025. The proposal is set to be discussed at AGP's 60th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in June 2025.
