Wacoal Holdings corrects consolidated financial statements for fiscal year end

Wacoal Holdings Corp. disclosed corrections to its consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The company identified partial errors in its previously released financial statements, leading to the revisions. While the consolidated revenue remained at JPY 173,896 million, reflecting a 7.1% decrease year-over-year, the company had a consolidated business loss of JPY 3,397 million. This is compared to a consolidated business profit of JPY 3,510 million for the prior fiscal year. Wacoal also recorded JPY 3,328 million in consolidated operating profit, and the profit before taxes stood at JPY 5,693 million. Consolidated profit attributable to the owners of the parent was JPY 6,989 million, attributed to recording deferred tax assets following a reorganization of subsidiaries.
