Tokyo Ohka Kogyo announces executive officer changes

Tokyo Ohka Kogyo (TSE:4186) has announced changes to its executive officer roles, effective July 1, 2025. Shogo Ishihara will assume the role of Executive Officer and Division Manager of the Human Capital Division, transitioning from his previous position as Deputy Division Manager within the same division. Concurrently, Motoko Samezawa will relinquish her role as Managing Director and President of micro resist technology GmbH to focus on her responsibilities as Executive Officer and Division Manager of the Human Capital Division. These changes were resolved at a Board of Directors meeting held today, June 6, 2025.
