Takara Standard to purchase treasury shares via ToSTNeT-3

Takara Standard (TSE:7981) announced it will purchase 700,000 of its own common shares through the ToSTNeT-3 system on June 9, 2025, at a price of JPY¥2,318 per share. This buyback operation is part of a broader resolution approved by the Board of Directors on May 8, 2025, which authorized the company to repurchase up to 6,000,000 shares, representing 8.92% of issued shares (excluding treasury shares), for a total amount of up to JPY¥11,000 million. The purchase window for the overall buyback program extends from May 9, 2025, to February 20, 2026. The company will announce the results of the ToSTNeT-3 purchase on June 9, 2025, after the close of trading at 8:45 a.m.
