Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha to receive dividend from ONE

Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (TSE:9101) announced today that it is scheduled to receive a dividend from OCEAN NETWORK EXPRESS PTE. LTD. (ONE), its equity method affiliate. The decision was resolved at a meeting of ONE's board of directors. NYK anticipates receiving a dividend of approximately USD 278 million (JPY 40.0 billion), scheduled for June 16, 2025. This dividend will be recorded as non-operating revenues in NYK's individual financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company clarified that the dividend receipt will not impact the consolidated results for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, due to its nature as a dividend from an equity method affiliate.
