Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha to book dividend income from affiliate

Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha (TSE:9107) announced today that it will recognize dividend income from its equity-method affiliate, OCEAN NETWORK EXPRESS PTE. LTD. The decision was reached today and the company expects to receive approximately USD 227 million (JPY 32.6 billion) in the first quarter of the current fiscal year. The payment of this dividend is scheduled for June 16, 2025. Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha anticipates that this dividend income will be reflected in the company's non-consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, and will have no impact on consolidated financial results.
