Nissei ASB machine hits record highs in first half

Nissei ASB Machine today announced stellar results for the first half of fiscal year 2025, ending September 2025, achieving unprecedented levels of financial performance. The company's orders increased 11.2% year-over-year, reaching JPY 22.9 billion. Sales saw a significant surge of 31.6%, totaling JPY 21.9 billion, driven by a large project involving its PF36 machine. Operating profit jumped by 59.6% to JPY 5.4 billion, primarily due to higher revenue. Ordinary profit grew 65.4% to JPY 5.7 billion, boosted by foreign exchange valuation gains resulting from yen depreciation. Net income reached a record high of JPY 4.0 billion, a 54.0% increase. While maintaining its initial full-year forecasts, Nissei ASB notes ongoing uncertainties related to US tariff policy. The company also highlights its commitment to stable growth through its ASB series and expansion into the beverage market.
