Fuji Media Holdings announces year-end dividend proposal

Fuji Media Holdings has announced its proposal to distribute year-end dividends of JPY25 per share, aligning with previous forecasts, as resolved at a board meeting held on May 28, 2025. Shareholders with a record date of March 31, 2025, will be eligible, subject to approval at the upcoming 84th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on June 25, 2025. Despite recording impairment losses and reversing deferred tax assets at Fuji Television Network, Inc., the company is committed to maintaining a stable dividend payout ratio of 40% on a consolidated basis. This decision brings the total annual dividend to JPY50 per share, including the interim dividend of JPY25 per share. The total amount of year-end dividends is expected to be JPY5,260 million. The dividend is scheduled to be effective from June 26, 2025.
