BuySell Technologies announces share issuance, secondary offering

** BuySell Technologies Co., Ltd. (TSE:7685) announced plans for an international offering consisting of both the issuance of 1,600,000 new shares and a secondary offering of 2,140,000 existing shares. The Pricing Date for the offering will fall between June 5 and June 9, 2025. The new shares will be offered primarily in European and Asian markets (excluding the United States and Canada). The company intends to use the proceeds to repay loans related to previous M&A transactions, and enhance the liquidity of its shares.
