Park24 delays earnings release, investigates inaccuracies

Park24 (TSE:4666) has delayed its planned June 16, 2025, announcement of its first half FY2025 financial results and is considering applying for an extension to submit its semi-annual report. The decision follows the discovery of inaccuracies in previously reported data concerning the number of Localized Times Parking (Localized TP) sites and spaces, particularly within the U.K. The company disclosed that the incorrect data affected figures for both TP and other sites across overseas regions and impacted the valuation of goodwill related to PARK24 INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. An internal investigation committee, composed mainly of independent outside directors, has been established to investigate the cause of the inaccuracies, and the company will disclose details of the Incident once it concludes its investigations. The company will also announce the new date for the postponed financial results announcement.
