Japan Airlines to respond to AGP shareholder proposals

Japan Airlines (JAL) announced it will release its views on proposals made by AGP Corporation regarding the agenda of the upcoming 60th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. AGP submitted shareholder proposals on April 25, 2025, concerning amendments to the articles of incorporation. AGP followed up with additional communications, including letters dated May 26 and May 28. JAL intends to announce its official position on these proposals by June 6, 2025.
