Techmatrix announces executive personnel changes effective June 2025

Techmatrix Corporation announced significant changes to its executive leadership team following a Board of Directors meeting on May 29, 2025. The changes are subject to approval at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 27, 2025. Takaharu Yai remains President and CEO, while Yoshihisa Yoda, Takeshi Suzuki, and Takeya Shiga were reappointed as Directors. Hiroaki Yasutake, Michi Kaifu, and Ari Horie continue as part-time Directors, with Masato Kubo newly appointed as an outside Director (Part-time).
