Maruwa's representative director Sei Kambe to retire

Maruwa CO., LTD. (TSE:5344) announced that Sei Kambe will retire from his position as Representative Director and Chairman, effective at the conclusion of the 52nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for June 20, 2025. The decision was made at a Board of Directors meeting held on May 29, 2025. Following his retirement as Director, Mr. Kambe is expected to assume the role of Advisor for the Company.
