ABC-Martinc corrects fiscal year 2025 financial results

Abc-Martinc (TSE:2670) has issued a corrected version of its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending February 28, 2025. The initial announcement, released on April 9, 2025, contained inadvertent typographical errors and a data discrepancy. During the accounting auditor's audit of the Annual Securities Report, certain corrections were identified. The errors pertained to the consolidated cash flow statement, specifically the figures for cash flows from operating activities and impacted figures within the consolidated statements of cash flows. The corrected report shows cash flows from operating activities as JPY 56,125 million, a JPY 586 million increase from the initially reported JPY 55,539 million. As a result, the year-on-year change in the company's cash flows has also increased from JPY 4,309 million to JPY 4,895 million. The company has resubmitted corrected XBRL data. Abc-Martinc confirms that these corrections have no impact on the consolidated financial statements.
