Tokai Carbon announces management change effective June 21, 2025

Tokai Carbon (TSE:5301) today announced a management change, effective June 21, 2025, affecting the company's Carbon Black Division. Shinichi Makino, currently serving as Deputy General Manager in the Carbon Black Division, will assume the new role of Executive Officer. Makino will also hold the position of Deputy General Manager of the Carbon Black Division and continue to be involved in the CB business restructuring project as a manager. The company made the announcement on May 28, 2025, through its General Affairs Department.
