Restar Corporation (TSE:3156) announced a year-end dividend of JPY 60.00 per share, consistent with its plans for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The dividend, approved at a Board of Directors meeting on May 28, 2025, will be paid to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2025, with an effective payment date of June 13, 2025. The total dividend payout will amount to JPY 1,687 million.
