Buffalo to record JPY 3.7bn dividend income

Buffalo (TSE:6676) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, To-Connect Co., Ltd., has resolved to distribute a dividend of JPY 3.711 billion, effective May 30, 2025. As a result, Buffalo anticipates recognizing a JPY 3.711 billion gain as non-operating income in its individual financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 2026. The company clarified that because the dividend originates from a consolidated subsidiary, there will be no impact on its consolidated financial results.
