Kurita Water Industries (6370) announces dividend and reserve reversal

Kurita Water Industries announced today a year-end dividend of JPY46 per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. This brings the total annual dividend to JPY92 per share, including the interim dividend. The dividend payout, totaling JPY5,182 million, is scheduled for June 26, 2025, with a record date of March 31, 2025. Additionally, the company will reverse JPY18,000,000,000 of general reserve, transferring it to retained earnings brought forward, to address negative retained earnings. This accounting adjustment is intended to maintain stable dividends for shareholders and will be voted on at the 89th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on June 25, 2025. The company stated that this measure will not impact profit and loss or change the total amount in the Company's net asset.
