Jinushi Co. enters business alliance with CCReB Advisors Inc.

JINUSHI Co. announced a business alliance with CCReB Advisors Inc. to boost corporate value by expanding purchasing in JINUSHI's CRE sector, developing AI-driven Prop-Tech systems, and growing CCReB's CRE Solution Business through Prop-Tech. The alliance aims to improve productivity by leveraging JINUSHI's 25 years of expertise and CCReB's AI-driven Prop-Tech. CCReB will focus on automating land information matching for tenant development needs. JINUSHI reports a development track record of 443 projects, totaling approximately JPY553.4 billion, and has extensive land listings, with CCReB reporting net sales of JPY1,269,627 thousand for FY8/24. The company expects a minimal impact on financial results for the fiscal year ending in December 2025.
