Nitori Holdings announces new executive officer lineup

Nitori Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:9843) announced the nominated executive officer lineup following a Board of Directors meeting held on May 23, 2025. The new lineup, which is subject to shareholder approval at the 53rd Annual General Meeting on June 26, 2025, includes the reappointment of Akio Nitori as Representative Director & Chairperson, and Toshiyuki Shirai as Representative Director & President. Other reappointments include Masanori Takeda as Director, Executive Officer & Vice President, Hiromi Abiko as Director, Yoshihiko Miyauchi and Naoko Yoshizawa as Outside Directors, and Yoshiyuki Izawa, Hisayoshi Ando, and Masahito Kanetaka as Outside Directors (Audit & Supervisory Committee Members). The announcement clarified that Takao Kubo, Yoshiyuki Izawa, and Hisayoshi Ando, current Audit & Supervisory Committee Members, are not subject to re-election at this time.
