Japan Airport Terminal announces executive changes amid governance overhaul

Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd. (TSE:9706) today announced a series of significant executive changes effective June 26, 2025, stemming from a need to strengthen governance and oversight following recent compliance issues related to supplier selection at a subsidiary. The changes include the tentative appointment of Yoko Koyama as Representative Director, Senior Managing Director, and Executive Officer, subject to shareholder and board approval. Koyama, who previously served as Senior Managing Director and Executive Officer, brings extensive experience within the company since joining in 1992. Hiroshi Onishi will retire from the Representative Director position, with plans to be reassigned as President and Representative Director & Executive Officer of Haneda Future Research Institute Co., Ltd.
