Nafco appoints new representative director to strengthen management

Nafco announced the appointment of Ms. Yoshiko Ishida as Representative Director and Deputy President, effective June 1, 2025. The decision, made at a board meeting on May 23, 2025, aims to bolster the company's management and facilitate quicker responses to evolving market conditions. Ms. Ishida, born in 1963, previously held the position of Executive Vice President and head of furniture sales. With this addition, Nafco will operate with a two-representative director system. As of May 23, 2025, Ms. Ishida holds 893,000 shares in the company.
