Mirait ONE Corporation appoints new president, Hidemune Sugahara

MIRAIT ONE Corporation announced the appointment of Hidemune Sugahara as Representative Director and President, replacing Toshiki Nakayama, who will remain as Representative Director and Chairman. This leadership transition, decided by the Board of Directors and subject to shareholder approval on June 25, 2025, aims to enhance the Group's corporate value through improved management. Sugahara, born July 2, 1962, brings a wealth of experience to the role, including past positions at NTT Communications Corporation and, most recently, as Representative Director, Executive Vice President, and COO of Carrier Business East Company within MIRAIT ONE. As of this announcement, Sugahara owns 7,387 shares in the company. The changes will take effect on June 25, 2025, following the 15th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
