Kosaido acquires 1.8m Escrit shares

Kosaido (TSE:7868) announced today its acquisition of 1,800,000 shares of Escrit Corporation (stock code 2196) on May 23, 2025. This acquisition will result in Kosaido holding 13.33% of the total voting rights of Escrit.
