Japan Airport Terminal to amend articles of incorporation

Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd. announced plans to amend its Articles of Incorporation, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 81st Annual General Meeting on June 26, 2025. The proposed amendments include abolishing the Senior Advisor post to clarify management responsibilities and reinforce corporate governance. Additionally, changes to Articles 22 and 24 will enable the establishment of an optimal management system. The Board of Directors approved these changes at a meeting held on May 22, 2025. Adjustments to article numbering and other related revisions will also be made following the principal amendments.
